Harlan Charles, Corvette product manager, is back with the sixth generation of Corvette for the final edition of our Corvette Generations series. The C6 had an emphasis on making the Corvette leaner and meaner with a more lightweight, compact and shorter body. The Corvette Z06 and ZR1 returned in the sixth generation, and for the 60th Anniversary, a special edition convertible model, the 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible Collector Edition, made its debut as the most capable Corvette convertible ever made.
