as part of my Master thesis in the study programme International Marketing & Sales, I am currently conducting a short survey on the topic "Customer Experience in the automotive industry". The aim of this work is the assessment and measurement of the so-called Customer Experience Quality (EXQ), whilst the questionnaire should provide information on the current perception of automotive consumers.
