Last month i took out a 2002 land rover with about 70000 miles the car seemed to be running fine since my car had already had taken out about 3 cars from that dealer i thougt was a good dealer, in about two weeks it resulted that both the transmission and the engine where not working I only paid 1500 hundred for the down payment, I guess I already lost the down payment if the car is returned because but is there any way that i can get that money back or part of that money back, if there is no warranty and what else will i loose??? i need help and answers????
