91 Buick Park Avenue 3.8 V6 sometimes getting no-start symptoms. Battery is holding 13.5 volts and alternator charging at 14.35 volts and starter is 6 months old. I've been told it could be in the security system or ignition lock as it does have PATS (chip in the key). Does what I've been told hold truth?
