Changed the timing belt, gears and tensioners. Jumped time at slow speed, under 5mph, no unusual noises from engine (interference engine) while it turns over. Engine still has good compression when turning it over, but doesn't ever even stutter and sputter like it wants to start. It has gas in it, and the fuel pump is working. I Must not have something right as far as timing marks, what marks and positions for these should I be using? I would have consulted a repair manual, but none is available that I can find for a Daewoo Nubira (or any other Daewoo auto for THAT matter).
