Most of the world may be interested in the hill climb at Goodwood this weekend, but for those of us that like a little more danger and speed in our racing events, we had our eyes turned to Pikes Peak. Honda feels the same way. While some automakers arrived at Goodwood with dozens of new machines, Honda headed to Pikes Peak with 13 wheeled machines to tackle the mountain.

It’s not just some random display of money either. Honda ran in 11 different classes this year, and there have been at least one Honda-powered class winner for the last thirteen years running.

This 93rd running of Pikes Peak featured a special super EV custom built for the event, an Acura TLX and ILX, a highly modified first-gen NSX, a Honda Fit EV and a Honda Fit B-Spec rally racer. Beyond cars, Honda entered in the ATV, UTV and four different motorcycle classes.

We are still digging through all the times and data, s come back in a few days to see how well Honda did as it tackled the bigger hill climb of the weekend.
