Nissan Adds Two New Packages to The 2013 Rogue

The first non-luxury vehicle to receive a 360 degree camera monitor system will be getting even more “stuff” for 2013.  Nissan recently announced two new packages that bring together the best offerings available for the Rogue crossover.  Named the Premium Edition and Special Edition Package, the add-ons come at an honestly reasonable price and should help push the compact Nissan strongly into the next model year.

Replacing the previous Premium Package, the new Premium Edition takes the last year’s included navigation, real time traffic, automatic climate control, power sliding moonroof and automatic headlamps and adds fog lights as well as a seven speaker Bose stereo with subwoofer.  Priced at $2,550, the Premium Edition is a step above the Special Edition Package which carries an MSRP of $1,200.  Included are such items as bluetooth phone pairing, two extra speakers, steering wheel audio controls, satellite radio, 16 alloy wheels, fog lights and the AroundView Monitor system.  Two trim levels, the S and SV, will be offered as well as either front or all wheel drive.  Every 2013 Rogue is powered by Nissan’s 2.5 liter 170 horsepower inline four cylinder engine.
