Start the engine and warm up the tranny fluid. Stop the engine and proceed to the following steps. Make sure that the car is up using jackstands. Your personal safety is more important than anything else out there.

1- jack the car up on all fours. ensure everything is level
2- remove the drain plug and collect the fluid.
3- remove the filler plug (bolt i believe is on the passenger side of the transmission). you'll know what it is when you see it
4- continue to collect the old tranny fluid
5- place the drain plug back (23-28 ft-lb)
6- using a pump, pump the new transmission fluid in through the filler plug.
7- you'll know when you're done when fluid starts dripping out of the hole you are filling (~3.25 qt)
8- place the filler plug back (23-28 ft-lb)
