86 isuzu trans prodlems?

my trans poped out of gear and feels like something locked up but it roles freely and when i let the clutch out it dies even in neutreal any help

its 22 year old car. its life is FINISHED. You will only have more and more problems with it from now on. Trash this junk and get a new car.

You will not even be able to sell it to anyone now. It is scrap yard material basically.

When you repair it, you're spending fortune compared to its current market value.
