Acura TSX or the Lexus IS250?

What do you guys think? I think they are both in the same class . . . but which one is better?

I like both a lot, for me it would be a decision of what drivetrain I wanted. THe Acura TSX is Front Wheel Drive, the IS250 is Rear Wheel Drive but has an All Wheel Drive option, I live in Maine and would not want a RWD daily driver, so I would opt for the IS250 AWD, or the TSX.
Both cars are a great value for their reliability.
