Citroen C2, Peugeot 106, Renault Clio?

2003 and up C2, is this a good car?

What would you get, either 2003 Citroen C2, 1995 Peugeot 106 or 2000 Renault Clio? I'm an American living in Europe so i need help with this witht he euro models. Thanks guys
