Citroen Saxo Body Indent need spushing out??

I have just hit the rear passenger side panel and it has been pushed in, does anyone know the best way to push out the bodywork?. And if i do it sooner than later will it look better when pushed out.

Try not to push it out - go to your local car accs shop and buy a dent puller - some local pound stores also do them - like a suction cup that you fit into the dented area and pull out - pushing it out is OK if the dent is not to big - if the dent is fairly big and you push the chances are you will push to hard and have an apparent lump instead of a dent.
