Front License Plate for Jeep Sahara 08?

I just bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 08 and live in Ohio where they still require a front license plate. The dealer has no clue how to mount the front license plate on the Jeep since there is no clear mounting points on the bumper. What is the best way to mount the license plate without damaging the front and killing the beautiful look of the front of the Jeep?

I have run into the same problem w/the same car. Did you find an answer / solution yet? I am going to contact the PARTS DEPT at the dealer but would like to know if you found out anything as well. Thanks.
