How do you drive a Triumph Vitesse round corners quickly without crashing?

I have a kit car based on a Vitesse with catastrophically bad pre rotoflex suspension on the back. The car is going through the final stages of completion at the moment and I'm after someone who has driven one with gusto and survived to tell the tale to pass on any words of wisdom.

For reference, there's no boot in which to put stabilising bricks, cement, an industrial arc welder or the ex.
