...hdi.now it starts but smokes bad?
flood was about 3 inches intake pipe is down bye front wheel the smoke is white like unused diesel but stops when enguine is hot

Dear god, how deep was the flood?

Have you replaced the air filter and dried out as much of the internal plastics of the housing/piping as you can?

It is smoking because combustion isn't happening as it should. Probably because you have added water to the equation...

DRY everthing out, new air filter,run,if still smokes timming belt could have jumped or bent con rod or cracked valve guides etc.try one thing at time.
