The car will not start when the chip is removed, can't be hot wired etc.I have checked all fuses neutral swithes and wires,everything looks fine.When I turn the key all power is on except for the blower for the heater and A/C and it will not start. Can the chip be bad or is there a fuse that I can't find ?Please help
