It takes long to start. It starts up after the 2nd crank, for a total of about 7 seconds to start. I bought a new battery, had a fuel pump replaced 1 year ago, a fuel regulator replaced. No mechanic can figure it out? i need help!! please?

Have your mechanic hookup fuel pressure gauge to the fuel supply line and do test like this.....Turn ignition On do not start the car, look what gauge showed.Should be 60-66 psi by specification(engine running 60-64 psi).If pressure didn't get there at first attempt...problem with fuel pump.Than turn ignition OFF....look at the gauge...is the needle rapidly going back to 0 psi or staying there? If going down....fuel pump check valve is bad and fuel system loosing prime. It takes like you said few times to turn ignition to reach fuel pressure.Any way you should replace fuel pump module and I know, that is not cheap.Sorry if I'm right.
