land-rover discovery engine fault?

Land rover discovery?
Can any one help with my problem. My landrover discovery TDI automatic starts well drives well and idles well untill you try to drive steady IE 30mph then the engine runs erratic and the check engine light comes on if you accelerate again its OK if you slow down its OK. Had diagnostic and told potentiometer changed it changed injector pump and airflow meter. In fact I have tried every thing I can think of. As someone had the same problem and can tell me how to correct it or any ideas

Check the tube connecting the mass air flow meter to the intake for any cracks, splits and/or loose connections. If the engine is sucking raw oxygen behind the MAF it will only run correctly when at idle -- crappy under power.

Sounds ecuish to me.

(Afterthought): If your battery is on its last legs that can cause ECUs to play up. Borrow a known, good battery and try it.
