My 95 lexus gs 300 steering wheel.?

I went to get gas last nite and my gs steering wheel started getting hard to turn and the battery light started coming on. There was a strange noise coming from the engine and I smelt rubber it's cold out and I didn't warm it up but I put 1 quart of oil in it and some gas but the steering wheel still is hard to turn and I can't move it does any one no what the problem could be...and there is power steering fluid in it.

Obviously the power steering. Take it to a shop or get a Haynes or Chilton manual and try to do it yourself.
