Report: Toyota sales may bounce back big time in March

As Toyota's recall issues hit a fevered pitch over the past few months, customer confidence faltered and sales predictably suffered. We were wondering how Toyota would react to the comparative dearth of showroom traffic, and the answer was to take a page out of the domestic's tattered handbook: big-time incentives.

The Finance segment is involved in the provision of financial services related to the sale of the Company's products, as well as the leasing of vehicles and equipment.

Well just a quick update on this piece of news...

After Toyota were number one when the original comment thread was made, they lost out to General Motors but this year in 2012 it appears that Toyota have fully recovered from the natural disasters in Japan of last year and are now on their way to becoming the world's number one again.
