Can anyone tell me why the voltage at the fuel pump is only 3.5-4 volts. If we hook it directly to the battery it runs fine. Where is the relay for the fuel pump located on the 1990 Mazda b2200. It has an electric fuel pump and a carbuerator.... (no injectors)
