OK so I see this ISO connector, but I am guessing these things only work in radios that are bought in the UK. Does anyone know if I am wrong and If I am where do I buy an adapter to make a easy connection to my new CD player in my Saab? I dont want to strip wires.

Double extra credit if you can help me with finding out about the adapter (9123548) I have near the rear speakers and the smaller of the two is not connnected.
