2008 Lamborghini Gallardo? My Dad's buying it?

My Dad's thinking of buying a Gallardo, which is quite an expensive car. We can afford it alright, but I go to a school where no-one's richer than our family. I find it extremely embarrassing! I'm trying to convince my Dad not to buy it because I've already got a bad enough reputation at school.

What could I do to convince my Dad not to buy this car?

Hey...If you got the bucks spend them but I for one could really use them to pay Doctor bills as I have no insurance and plenty of bills due to a brain tumor which I did NOT want.

oh pllleeease...grow up...just buy your cloths at goodwill and knock out one of your front theeth for the poor look you want...

why not? let him buy it if he wants it. let the haters hate for that's all they can do. if they get really annoying tell them to step up to the plate and show you what they got or sit down and shut up. and don't worry about the bad reputation the bad ones are always the ones they remember 50 years from now. haha
