Should be a couple of screws holding the armrest on and possibly the inside door handle bezel...the rest of the panel is held in place around the perimeter by little plastic push-in retainers commonly called "Christmas trees" like these...http://www.sebringclub.net/gallery/BackSeatRemoval/DoorPanelRetainers
Parts stores sell them as well as a tool used to help pop the door panel off of these retainers. Maybe pick up a repair manual like Chilton or Haynes there too...will have detailed instructions.
