my car has no high beams, could it be as simple as replaceing the bulbs, maybe the high is gone in both. I bought the car like this so i can't tell you how they stopped working.
Could be the bulbs or your highbeams switch could be broken. Always start cheap first with the bulbs the revaulate the problem. If your switch pulls back but doesn't click that means the little gear in side is broken.
