Your air distribution flap is probably broken. Start your car and then press the "OFF" button and the "AUTO" button simultaneously on the Heater control panel. If everything is working correctly you will have a "0" on the display. If you get any other code, like 12 for example then you have a problem in the system. If the flap is broken on the driver's side, then be prepared to shell out 1500.00 to replace the unit.
