about my 1999 gmc jimmy again?

i work on heater core again last nght . 3rd time and went good til got lil box under the steering colum. wire pulled away from connecter that goes up to my sensor on my windshield i think for my remote starter alarm that i never used or i stopped using. now truck turns over but wont catch and stay running. would that be my prob. thank you if you can help me. again doing alot my own work and getting frustrared with new probblums and really need my truck. miss a day of work today cause of this so hope some1 can help. am calling car alarm store today. again thank you
