Bugatti will probably never let Top Gear test the Veyron on the track because it is simply an old airplane parking lot and a few landing strips. Bugatti did, however, allow James May to drive the Veyron to top speed (253 mph) on Volkswagen's own test track in Germany. Obviously, this is because Bugatti is owned by Volkswagen, and that is the exact test track where the amazing Veyron was born.
