Auto Insurance?

Yesterday at school me and a girl backed our trucks into each other. We were both parked behind each other in the school parking lot and backed out at the same time. She ended up pullin out faster than me and i hit the side of her truck with my bumper. It put a tiny dent into the side of her truck. She wants me to pay for her truck getting fixed, since nothing happened to my truck. I was just wondering what the insurance company would do.. cuz it was both our faults.. so would my insurance pay or would hers for her truck?

It depends on which state you're in, because some states have a "no-fault" law in which each person's insurance pays for their own vehicle. Otherwise, the insurance companies would need to figure out whose fault it is based on driving laws in your state.
