automatic on a ford shelby gt 500??

I was wondering if it was possible to buy a ford shelby gt 500 and have it automatic. I know they are all made standard, but isint there a way you could like pay more to have it automatic or something like that? i dont care if it loses power or speed, i just dont want to drive standard. and if anyone has any websites on how i can do this, it would be much appreciated. thx!

I'm sure you can buy an automatic transmission and install it. After all the engine block and the tranny will line up.

But you'll probably tear up an automatic with an engine that powerful. Plus driving a hot car like that with an automatic transmission removes about 75% of the excitement.
