Automobile insurance fraud?

If you knew someone who was lying about an automobile accident they were involved in to receive a settlement, would you report it, or ignore it?
She was driving without a valid driver's license and was hit by an uninsured motorist. Then she called someone to take her place as the driver of the hit vehicle. Insurance said they would just declare her car a loss and pay her the value of her car. She still drives daily without a valid driver's license as well.

She is flat out breaking the law and should be stopped. If you can't talk her out of it we will all pay for it in the end. But if she wont stop and keeps on with the claim and the claim is successful but then some how she gets caught, the penalty for Insurance fraud can be a major pain.

Please warn her of the dangers. Tell her to be prepared for a beating if things go wrong.

I would report it. I also work in the insurance industry and can tell you truthfully that if it were not for fraud ALL of our insurance rates would fall by at least 60%. The person you are speaking of is a total P.O.S. and will do this again and again.
