Well, so far we have replaced the blower motor and the resistor thats under the hood. Still no operation from the blower motor. Fuse is intact. Its hard to believe that I have a defective (new) blower motor. I did run an Ohm check on the motor and I got 0 ohm continuity. Only other thing I can think of to check the motor is to test a 9 volt battery on it.
This car has been fitted with an remote start so let me know if that might have something to do with it.
Blower motor did work and eventually only worked on certain speeds until eventually it stopped operating completely.
Anything else I can test using a ohm meter would be greatly apprechiated. How can I trace the path of power from the fuse panel to the switch and then to the motor? On the switch connector I only have four slots to which I think I'm getting strange current. Don't know if switch is faulty.
