Check your compliance plate under the bonnet.
It will have the month & year it was built & the month & year it was complied.
It gets built in Germany or even South Africa. Then can spend a couple of months on a ship getting to its destination.
Then it can sit for a while in holding yards beforw it is complied.
If you bought it in April there is a good chance it will be built Nov 06 & complied 07.
