Cadillac CTS 2008 Car of the Year?

The Cadillac CTS was named Motor Trend's Car of the Year for 2008. Do you agree? How does it compare to Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Hyundai Azera or Sonata, Lexus? I drove a 2007 CTS as a rental and loved it, but it lacked something when I compared it against a Hyundai Azera! Any CTS owners out there agree or disagree? Comments? Thoughts?

No doubt a CTS is easily better then all the cars you named, it also costs more then all of them too. The Azera is the next best model you named, then its a pick'em between Camry/Accord with Sonata just behind them. A Lexus GS430 is even better then the CTS, but of course you are talking another $10,000 more at least then the CTS. So, I have no problem with CTS being named car of the year, that title doesn't mean its the best car, just maybe the best value for what you get.
