Canadian Hard Rock: Rush Or Triumph?

Which band do You prefer of the two?
I am a huge fan of both myself, I have always though a band consisting of Geddy Lee Neal Peart and Rik Emmit would be totally amazing.
So any Rush or Triumph fans here?
Favorite albums songs or moments from either or both?

Ok, seriously... tell the truth. You stay up all night coming up with these questions don't you?

I don't know where to even begin! Just as I think "Ok I'll go with Triumph" I say "No, don't be an idiot! Rush is better!" So I start to type Rush then my other hand stops me. Don't you just hate when you argue with yourself? Hmmm maybe that should be my question? Ehh, I'll work on that one a bit more. Anyway, I'll stop stalling and go with Ru...Triu...R.... T... AHH!!
