If you have an OWNER's manual it would not show you how to fix it. You need a REPAIR manual.
Headlights are pretty simple. Just look under the hood and behind the headlights. Most headlights are simple and obvious.
If you are NOT comfortable figuring these things out, it is best to take it to a pro. Even though it is relatively simple / safe thing to do. You can possibly hurt yourself (like a burn if the headlight are one during repair).
