My car was hit by another driver and the accident was not my fault.
My insurance company Norwich Union (dont ever use them they have been a complete hindrance to the process, even if they are cheaper the money is soon lost again) will only provide a car for 2 weeks. I know i could rent and claim back but being 20 i cannot rent a car in the uk. I know there has been case law about this situation ( http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/law/reports/article2673594.ece ) and legally i should be provided with a car till mine is repaired, but i am having no luck with the useless indian call centres of Norwich Union they are just passing me from one person to the other and putting me on hold. anyone have any ideas?
