yet only willing to pay 65%? i was going north on a green following traffic flow. opposite car traveling south, turned in between the car ahead of me and i, going east (essentially making a left). he had no arrow, just tried sneaking in between my car and the one ahead of me. i braked and ended up hitting him. light was not yellow, i had right of way the entire time.

You probably live in a 'comparative negligence' state, meaning that the other insurance company has put you at 35% fault in this loss, which is why they are offering 65% of the damages.

Clearly they dont accept liability if they are only willing to pay 65% and really nothing you can say will change their liability ( i guarantee atleast one goof here will say- "get a lawyer"- please... youll spend more money that way)

Your only thing to do is go through your own insurance and then they will go to a kinda "insurance court" where a third party decides liability.

Again, no amount of complaining, lawyers, etc will change their liability. they have every right to decide liability. If you want a chance.. go through your own insurance and let them fight the other company.

They obviously made an illegal turn in front of you. They were the cause of the accident and should be held liable.

You may need to request your insurance company get involved, to sue the other company. As long as the police found in your favor, you should get total compensation. Might need a lawyer, as well. Sad to say, this happens too often. I hope the insurance company gets fined as well.
