I picked up the car on saturday however I have changed my mind and want to send it back. I paid a cash deposit and the rest is on finance but I no longer want the car. There are a few problems with it - 1 faulty key (not a battery problem) and the heated seats do not work. Is there any way I can send it back? Please help!

If you bought it from a dealer, it should have some form of warranty, so they should fix the faults.
Other than that, just pay off the finance as fast as possible, and then sell it.
Lesson number one: buying on impulse using someone else's money (the finance company's, in your case) is an extremely bad idea.

If you are in the good old UK (I notice the first poster assumed you were in the USA) then yeah you can take it back. You should have the right to cancel within so many days of signing the contract. Plus if it is faulty and when it was sold to you you were not made aware of this then that is another reason you can take it back.
