How can I increase the road clearance for the tow hitch on a 1999 Chrysler Concorde?

The Concorde is a low car to start with. The unloaded hitch bar is only about 6 inches clear of the ground. Can the rear struts or something else be adjusted to raise the rear end a little for towing? I have a load to tow that is within the rated towing capacity of the vehicle, but brings the hitch awful close to the ground.
