How do i disable a factory fitted alarm on my volvo as it seem to be

draining the battery down? it is a L reg 1994 volvo 940 wentworth and have only just got it yesterday and having driven 65 miles and left on drive overnight.........tried to start up and then had to jump it to start and came back later today and it is flat...the light on alarm/mobilser is red flashing...hope this helps

its prob not the alarm!!!!!!!! matter of fact i'm almost positive, and if you disable the alarm, it could make it not start. just go get yourbattery tested first
