How do i get my door open on a 1993 toyota pickup?

I have been trying for a couple hours and i can unlock using the key on the outside but with difficulty. it makes a clicking noise and unlocks but then the door doesnt open when I use the handle.
it doesnt open with the outside or the inside handle.

ouch that sounds like trouble
if neither handle will open the door then the main actuator at the latch has disconnected
there's one way maybe ,see if you can remove the interior door handle with the door closed if so you might be able to gain access to the latch from there
you probably won't like the other solution but...
remove the driver seat then remove the drivers door panel and this will give you access to the latch
I've had to do this once before on a Buick its not fun
even with the seat removed its a fight to get the door panel off
you may consider cutting into the door panel to give you access to the latch then replace the panel from a salvage yard

open the passenger door... climb in & use the internal handle on the drivers door..
