how do i sort aeriel of renault laguna so i can go through car wash?

Silly question but i am scared of damaging my aeriel in car wash do i just bend it towards roof or does it come off nothing in handbook!

Just to put your mind at rest, I've had 2 Lagunas', 1 with a rear spoiler, and often used the car wash with no problems.
