How do i take the wiper arm off from a 98 Ford Taurus?

I posted a questions about how to fix the wiper when it goes off track and goes off from the windshield all the way to the window....anywho i was wondering how i take the arm off to fix it?

you should be able to raise the hood and see the bottom of the wiper arms and there should be a nut holding them on... when you take it off turn the wipers on then back off to let them set back to where they are supposed to be then put the arm back on
