If you are willing to reach your destination safely, you must drowsiness driving! However, if left to choose, but to hit the road while you're tired, make sure that they are aware of the warning devices and other techniques that you may use and apply to keep themselves and other people in the car safe.

Sleep driving is a serious problem in the Americas. In fact, the NHTSA shows that driver fatigue causes drowsiness or motor vehicle accidents 56000, 40000 non-fatal accidents and more than 1500 deaths every year.

Here are some tips to avoid drowsy driving......
1.Always try to make sure you get a good night’s rest, so you won’t be tired when driving during the day.
2.If you take medications regularly, read the warning labels on those medications.
3.Alcohol can also make you tired, and while that one or two drinks may not create a drunk driver, they can create a drowsy driver.
4.If you are heading out on a long drive, make sure to schedule regular breaks.
