How to change oil in my atv?

For change the oil Gather the necessary items before you begin changing the oil and filter . Move the ATV to a level area, and leave space around the ATV so you have room to work. Start the ATV and let it run for 3 to 5 minutes. The oil should be warm when you change the ATV’s oil and filter.

Park the ATV on a level surface. Allow the engine to run until it is warmed up it is around 3-5 mins, then turn it off.
Keep the drain pan under the engine.
Remove the oil filler cap, then remove the oil drain bolt with a wrench.
Allow the oil to completely drain into the drain pan.
Reinstall the oil drain bolt, then tighten it to 17 ft-lbs with a torque wrench
Refill the engine by adding 2.33 quarts of Yamalube or SAE oil to the oil fill tube.
Reinstall and tighten the oil filler cap.

Its a 2004 suzuki quad sport 250z quad sport, i use it for practice racing for fun, its needs an oil change and kinda slips sometimes, can i use car oil? should i get regular, synthetic, or semi synthetic? and if i can use car oil, what band and numbers??? Please help me. THanks in advance..!
