How to change oil in my atv?

okay i dont want to have to pay so how do i change to oil in my 1997 yamaha wolverine. or if you can find a website

It is not that much difficult as you are feeling. There are some good steps to follow in this URL: rswarrior.com/forums/t/48835.aspx.
 
Park the ATV on a level surface. Allow the engine to run until it is warmed up it is around 3-5 mins, then turn it off.
Keep the drain pan under the engine.
Remove the oil filler cap, then remove the oil drain bolt with a wrench.
Allow the oil to completely drain into the drain pan.
Reinstall the oil drain bolt, then tighten it to 17 ft-lbs with a torque wrench
Refill the engine by adding 2.33 quarts of Yamalube or SAE oil to the oil fill tube.
Reinstall and tighten the oil filler cap.

Some automotive stores will recycle your used oil, so do not simply dispose of it as you normally would.

Its a 2004 suzuki quad sport 250z quad sport, i use it for practice racing for fun, its needs an oil change and kinda slips sometimes, can i use car oil? should i get regular, synthetic, or semi synthetic? and if i can use car oil, what band and numbers??? Please help me. THanks in advance..!
