How To changle alternator 2003 mercury sable dohc 6cyl?

How do you get the alternator out of a 2003 mercury sable dohc 6cyl. it aint goin out the bottom and it looks like it might come outta the top with removing psteer resivior, not sure if the ps line will get out of the way or not

on some cars you might actually have to undo a motor mount and slightly lift and tilt the engine to slip it out. i say try wiggling it and try out the top, other than that you might have to lift the engine. or like you said with the power steering. hope this helps
