In a rear end collision Merceds Benz 2008 C300 head restraints were activated and now they can't be reset back as shown in the manual. I took the car to MB dealer and they say currently no one knows how to reset head restraints of the new model. He showed me there is lever inside which has come down and is in a locked position. Their service team need to figure out how to unlock it and will be charged.
