Yes!!! If you save money you can get amazing car like Toyota Prius but its really good to wait until you turn 17. You cannot drive until you are 17 and 16 is a bit young! So wait until you turn 17 and more amazing cars will be on a way and you can choose the best for your driving and insurance. All the best!!!
