i have a 1998 honda civic in its making weird noises?

when im going pretty slow 5-10mph in when im on a bumpy road i can hear a noise coming from my passenger side it sounds like metal scraping the road but i cant really hear it going fast in also does it when turning at first i though it was my exhaust grinding against the road but its not.nothing feels funny while driving my car what could this be?

Get under the car and inspect for any signs of rubbing. If you see none then take it to a shop and have them drive it around. They will tell you what it is.
